Shawnee Smith (born July 3 1970, 5 feet tall"3" is an American TV and film actress as well as a musician. Smith is most well-known for her portrayals in the roles of Amanda Young in the Saw films as well as Linda on Becker, a CBS comedy Becker. Smith was the former lead singer of Fydolla the metal group that toured America and the UK. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle a country rock band together with Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith is the daughter of Jim Smith, a former US Air Force Pilot and financial planner. She was an oncology nursing. She was born in Orangeburg South Carolina.
